Raise the Floor is designed for working adults who want to get stronger, move better, and rebuild a body they trust—without wasting time or second-guessing their training.
It’s for:
Whether your goal is to improve posture, reshape your body, or simply feel fit and strong again—this program provides the structure and coaching to make it happen. It’s serious training, built for everyday people.
Because fitness should support your life, not dominate it.
Raise the Floor was built for working people—those with real jobs, real responsibilities, and limited time. You won’t be thrown into random circuits or left guessing what to do. You’ll follow a clear, coached system that helps you move better, feel stronger, and build a physique you’re proud of—without chasing extremes or sacrificing your lifestyle.
RTF Training is about creating a body that works well, looks good, and feels like yours again.
Because fitness isn’t the goal.
It’s the foundation that makes everything else easier, lighter, and more possible.
Walking into a new training space can be intimidating—especially if you’re out of practice or unsure where to start. That’s why your first session at Raise the Floor is designed to be clear, welcoming, and immediately rewarding.
Here’s what it looks like:
You’ll arrive a few minutes early. The space is calm, clean, and focused—no loud music, no chaos. Just a few people like you, showing up to do something real.
You’ll be greeted by your coach and taken through what the session involves. You won’t be put on the spot or thrown into anything random. Everything is explained before it starts.
The session begins with light movement and mobility prep. You’ll ease into your body. We’ll check how you're feeling, make sure your joints are ready to move, and adjust anything if needed.
Then we get into the main work—simple, coached strength training done properly. You’ll learn the movements, use weights that suit your level, and feel your body working in ways that feel strong, not punishing.
After the main training block, we’ll finish with accessory movements to reinforce posture, stability, and muscular tone. You’ll leave standing taller, breathing deeper, and knowing exactly what comes next.
You won’t be drenched in sweat. You won’t feel overwhelmed. And you won’t feel judged.
You’ll feel clear-headed, physically engaged, and ready to come back.
Q: I haven’t trained in ages. Will I be too unfit to join?
A: Not at all. Most people start this program after a long break, or with no real training background at all. Every session is coached and tailored to your level. You’ll be supported, not judged—and you’ll progress at a pace that actually works.
Q: Will this help me tone up and change how I look?
A: Yes. This isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about reshaping your body in a real, sustainable way. You’ll build muscle in the right places, drop the tightness and sluggishness, and start to feel more confident in how you move and look.
Q: What if I’m sore, tired, or dealing with old injuries?
A: You’re in the right place. We train in a way that supports your joints, rebuilds posture, and restores energy—not drains it. Most clients actually feel better after training. Soreness is mild and managed. Progress is steady and safe.
Q: Do I need to know how to lift or use gym equipment?
A: No. You’ll be coached through every movement, every session. We focus on building good habits and proper technique—so you’re never left guessing, rushing, or doing things that aren’t right for you.
Q: What exactly happens in a session?
A: Each session is 45 minutes. We start with movement prep, then go into strength work and accessory training. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more in control of your body—not drenched, dizzy, or wrecked.
Q: What if I miss a session?
A: No worries. You’re not locked into a contract or punished for missing. We’ll do our best to move you into another time that week if possible. This system is built to work with your life—not against it.
Q: Will I feel out of place in the group?
A: Not at all. Our groups are capped at 4 people, so you’ll never be lost in the crowd. Everyone here is training for the same reason: to feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their body again.
Q: What results can I expect if I’m consistent?
A: If you train two to three times per week, most people see:
Q: What should I bring or prepare for my first session?
A: Just wear clothes you’re comfortable moving in and bring a water bottle. We provide everything else—including the structure, coaching, and momentum you’ve probably been missing.
I bring a mix of hands-on experience and structured expertise to the way I coach.
Before working in fitness full-time, I spent years in construction—traveling across New Zealand and Europe building artificial football fields. I completed a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics while working jobs on the side, and I hold a Diploma in Exercise Prescription. That combination of physical work and academic discipline shapes everything I do: practical, thoughtful training that’s built to last.
I’ve been training seriously for over 12 years and coaching both in-person and online for more than four. I’ve worked with beginners getting back into their body, as well as experienced lifters chasing better performance. My approach is shaped by thousands of hours under the bar, study in movement and adaptation, and experience across strength, physique, and conditioning. Every program I write is built to deliver results that last—without fluff, ego, or burnout.
I built Raise the Floor for people like you. People who want to feel stronger, look better, and move with confidence—without sacrificing hours to the gym or chasing unsustainable extremes. Fitness shouldn’t take over your life. It should strengthen the one you already have.
